August 12 Paul Newitt, owner of the California Special registry, author of the GT/CS Recognition Guide and a Lee Iacoccca Award winner.

"Paul has written for a number of car magazines (Mustang Monthly, Shelby American, Mustang Times…) Huge car enthusiast, especially interested in Mustangs. Paul played an integral role in researching and discovering the “Green Hornet” – the most rare Shelby Mustang ever built.
Paul's third version of the GT/CS Recognition Guide was published in March 2008.
